BootCamp – Program (PHCA)

“BootCamp is a cardio/strength class that combines some intense activity as well as strength moves to keep our bodies strong and mobile.(45 minute program)
Program is held on Tuesdays – 7pm at Lester B Pearson School, Large Gym.
(Equipment: Yoga Mat, 2 sets of dumbbells, and a water bottle.)

– Cost of Program is set at fixed cost, Cost for Program will be the same if participants start the 13th
– attempts will be made to make up any cancelled classes – But PHCA cannot guarantee this will occur.
