Core – Program (PHCA)

“Core” is a 45 minute NO IMPACT whole body workout focusing on the core muscles.
This class is appropriate for anyone who wants to improve their strength in a non-competitive environment. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are provided so each participant feels challenged at their level. Program is held on Thursdays – 7pm at Lester B Pearson School, Large Gym.
(Equipment: Yoga Mat, 2 sets of dumbbells, and a water bottle.)

– Cost of Program is set at fixed cost, Cost for Program will be the same for All sessions or if participants start the first class or 2nd registration class.
– attempts will be made to make up any cancelled classes – But PHCA cannot guarantee this will occur.
